Mayer & Newton is excited to announce a great new way for you to ask questions:
Live chat is a great alternative to traditional telephone calls, and even emails. It allows you to instantly connect to a representative to discuss your issue in real time. Increasingly people are using indirect methods to communicate, we launched this program to meet those needs.
Live chat is extremely easy to use and is completely anonomous if you so choose.
- Go to our website: www.mayerandnewton.com and click on the live support icon. If the office is open (8am-5pm) the icon should read online. Even if the icon says offline you can still click it.
- Another screen should open seperate from your current webpage. Type in your name, your email address, don’t worry about the department there is only one choice anyway. If you wish to remain anonomous you can, just leave the I Need Help blurb in the name field. However if you wish to set up an appointment you will have to give us your name and phone number for scheduling purposes
- Press the start chat button. After you press the button an representitive will be assigned to you.
- If you would like information after business hours, you can still fill out our live chat form, and an email will be sent to a representative. A valid email is needed to repond to your question.
