Office manager Lori Mckelvy :
Well as always we are ever evolving as a staff and law firm. We are all doing a great job with the heavy workload we are juggling. Thanks to everyone for the continued devotion and commitment to Mayer Newton. I know that everyone here is enjoying their job and that you work hard to make us the best bankruptcy law firm in town.
John and Richard have decided to branch out and add a Maryville location. They have met with and hired a man named Fredrick ( Rick) Hoethke. He is from Florida and is re-locating to Knoxville from south Florida, because he finds our fair city very desirable. He is married to an attorney and has 2 children. He will be here on Monday and I will introduce him around to all staff. Be friendly and welcome him with your usual good manners. He will begin in late June and train under our attorneys so as to learn our system. He seems very professional and has bankruptcy experience. Rick will begin August 1 in Maryville if we are able to secure an office location.
Another important announcement all should be aware of is that we have decided to appoint Vanessa assistant office manager. In my abense she will act as office manager and will handle all affairs that I normally deal with on a daily basis. This will enable you to have a “ go to” person in the event that I am not here. I know that Vanessa is well respected office wide and she knows a great deal about the inner and outer workings of Mayer Newton. Please congratulate her on her promotion. She will continue to do the work she presently handles and this will only effect you if I am absent.
