My background with two degrees in finance from the University of Tennessee.  I started handling creditor cases representing business and lenders.  I was appointed as a Chapter 7 Trustee in 1985 which interested me in representing individuals and business filing for bankruptcy in my own practice.  Bankruptcy involves legal work in various areas such as property law, secured transactions, tax, estates, civil litigation as well as state and Federal statutory law.
